How much can I borrow?
First Time buyers can borrow up to 90% of the value of property and 4 times their income. We can offer a range of fixed and variable rates that will help you get into your first new home.
Switchers can borrow up to 80% of the value of the property and 3.5 times their income. People switch for many reasons, extending or moving your home, free up equity or often to get a better rate.
Investors in residential properties can normally borrow between 50% and 70% of the value of a property. Investment mortgage rates are typically higher than the average loan rate.
